4 Hour Flex
This option is for families who wish to engage in flexible support in a strategic way.
For this 4-Hour Package, hours can be transferred to other packages, and we track and bill hours in 10-minute increments.
Recommended topics & support may include:
- Academic & college admissions profile analysis
- High school course selection
- Test planning
- Activities & summer plans
- College exploration, research, list development & admissions strategies
1st Meeting:
- Very Important - You will use a minimum of 90 minutes for your 1st Meeting in the Flex 4 Package which includes the 60-minute meeting and 30-minutes offline work to analyze student materials, create an admissions profile assessment and compile your to-do list.
- We encourage the 1st meeting to be with the student and at least 1 parent/guardian.
After the 1st Meeting Support:
- We track hours in 10-minute increments for live meetings and for time outside of live meetings on correspondence, research, review of apps/essays, building college lists, etc. .
- After the 1st meeting, it is important for the student and the advisor to meet alone without the parents.

Additional Hours:
- Purchasing a new Flex Four Package is the most economical way to continue working together.
- If you have a limited need for additional time, we offer an add-on hour purchase at the rate of $300/hour.
- If you purchase an Add On Hour, you will pay up front for an additional 60 minutes. We will track the time in 10-minute increments for live meetings and for time outside of live meetings on correspondence, research, review of apps/essays, building college lists, etc.
